Benetech to Speak at Electric Power Conference/PRB Coal Users Group
Topics Include Best Practices, Coal Blending, and Coal Conversion April, 2007 Montgomery, IL Benetech, Inc. will host discussions at the Coal Users Group PRB annual meeting, an event co-located with the Electric Power Conference, to be held at the Donald Stephens Convention Center on May 1–3, 2007. Benetech is the Grand Sponsor of the 2007 PRB Coal Users Group Annual Meeting, and a Silver Sponsor of the 2007 Electric Power Conference. Chris Blazek, Vice President of Marketing, will chair a discussion on “Coal Power Plants-Upgrades” at the Electric Power Show during Track 5 on Wednesday, May 2 from 1:30–3:00 p.m. The discussion will focus on repowering and retrofitting and will include case histories that are relevant to current industry issues. Ron Westfall, TDM Project Manager, will speak at the pre-conference morning session on PRB coal conversions on Monday, April 30 from 8:00 a.m.–noon. Mark Collett, Vice President of Business Development, will present at the pre-conference afternoon session on PRB electrical best practices on Monday, April 30 from 1:00–5:00 p.m. Benetech will also host break-out sessions on Wednesday, May 2. Jason Schwartz, Director of Technology Integration, will lead the session on the topic of the InteliFlo skirtless transfer system from 10:30–11:30 a.m. and Mark Collett will lead the session on the topic of coal blending from 1:00–2:00 p.m. Both sessions will be held in Room 1. Benetech will also be exhibiting at the Electric Power Conference in Booth Number 1506. Its successful coal-transfer system, InteliFlo™, will be highlighted.
